EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY
Please note that we have a no cash refunds policy. We are however happy to refund you with a store credit in the form of a digital gift card that can be used at any time and never expires. The garment must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and have the original swing tag attached and returned within 7 days of delivery. To request a return please email returns@sunnyandbear.co.za

DAMAGED/INCORRECT DELIVERY
Damaged or incorrect items will be collected and returned by Sunny and Bear at our own cost.
Sunny and Bear must be informed within 3 business days of delivery if a garment is damaged or incorrect for a possible exchange. Please email returns@sunnyandbear.co.za should you require assistance with the above.
